Who are we?

We offer a partnership and a marketplace for three actors to achieve joint and independent social impact:

  • companies find impact organisational partners to make their employee brand more valuable and their CSR activities more targeted,
  • We give impact organisations – non-profits and social enterprises – practical knowledge to become more professional, resilient and impactful,
  • in addition we offer job opportunities – with methodology and quality assurance – for professionals who develop impact organisations.

Real impact, i.e. positive social impact, is created through the partnership of actors. Our mission is to increase the joint social and/or environmental impact of the three main actors together.

Impact organisations

The majority of domestic non-profit organisations operate with little funding and low impact. The way out of this situation is long-term capacity development: the two-year development process of Scale Impact prepares them to work as long-term partners with companies.

Our goal is that cooperation between companies and impact organisations should help measurably societal and environmental issues. So their CSR activity would be effective with the increase of both of their brand and employer brand values in a short period of time.

Scale Impact is building an extensive developer community through the professionals who join us. We would like to achieve that impact organizational developers participate in long-term developments, and while they also continuously increasing their expertise can contribute with a valuable collaboration to solve enviromental and societal issues
