How does the
Scale Impact questionnaire work?

This questionnaire will give you an idea of how aware your company is, how open it is to impact organisations (social impact or civil society organisations) in the industry and how integrated CSR is into your organisation’s strategy.

Some information on how to fill in the questionnaire:

The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete.
The questionnaire contains 65 statements and questions.
Completing the questionnaire is voluntary.
Your answers will be treated confidentially, will not be shown to others and will only be used to diagnose your organisation.

Once completed, we will contact you with diagnostics about your organisation and the relationship between impact organisations. And based on that, we’ll work together to find you a partner worth supporting, because it gives you a story that makes you stand out.
